I had the pleasure of working with Reshma for 2 years through Oath and We Are Stripes' partnership with Media Trust. She was always calm and professional which meant the media trainees on the cohorts got the most out of every experience they had with the industry partners.

 

Reshma is an exceptional project manager which made partnering with Media Trust both rewarding and effective for all parties. Personally, Reshma is great fun to be around and brings a real positive infectious energy.

 

Her passion and dedication to the development of young diverse talent is second to none, and she is a great asset to any team.

Reshma Biring is one of the most tenacious, understating and passionate people I have ever met in the media industry. Without her help, guidance and advice, there is absolutely no way that I would be where I am today. Her management, leadership and relationships with myself and all the other trainees that were on the Media Trust Creativity Works programme were nothing less than VERY strong.

Reshma’s level of Project Management skills is inspirational. She juggles and plans everything to benefit the young people that she works with, and does it all with a smile on her face. She is a very organised individual that has a passion for helping those from underrepresented backgrounds strive for their dreams.

Even after the Media Trust Creativity Works programme, Reshma still checks on my development and constantly reminds me of how proud she is of me.
